What size should a hat patch be?

For the front of a standard cap, most patches are 5 to 7 cm wide. Send us a photo of your cap and our team suggests a size that fits the panel.

How are patches attached to caps?

Sewing is the most durable way and works for every patch type. Embroidered and woven patches can also be heat-applied with a heat press. PVC is sewn on, as heat would melt it.

Leather or embroidered: which looks better on a cap?

Leather with a laser-engraved or embossed logo gives a clean, premium look that suits trucker hats and outdoor brands. Embroidery gives colour and texture. With many colours or gradients, choose woven or printed.

Is a small logo still readable?
