  • Orders below €100 will incur a standard shipping fee, which will be calculated at checkout based on your location.

Processing Time

  • All of our products are custom-made and made to order, which means we carefully craft each item with love and precision.
  • Please allow up to 7 business days for processing your order before it is shipped.
  • Note: During peak seasons (e.g., holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • After your order is processed, you can expect standard delivery within:
    • 7 to 10 business days for most locations.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, customs processing, and other unforeseen delays.


Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of your delivery.

Returns Policy

As our products are custom-made and personalized, we are unable to accept general returns or exchanges. However, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction.

We will gladly offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  1. The item was wrongly made (e.g., incorrect customization or embroidery).
  2. The item was damaged during shipping.

Return Process

  • If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us at info@onlypatches.eu within 14 days of receiving your order with the following details:

    • Order number.
    • Photos of the damaged or incorrectly made item.
    • A description of the issue.
  • Once your return request is approved:

    • You will be responsible for the return shipping fee.
    • We will process your replacement or refund once we receive and inspect the returned item.

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method after the returned item is received and approved.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Taxes & Duties

Please be aware that any taxes or duties associated with your parcel will be your responsibility to pay in order for shipping to continue. Upon reaching the destination country, parcels may undergo customs clearance, which could result in delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe.
