Do you offer design services? Can you design our idea?
Yes. Send us a sketch, a photo, your logo or even an AI-generated image. Our design team turns it into a clean design that works as a patch or pin, with simplified details, readable text and the right colours. You approve the mockup before production.
Are duties and taxes included?
Yes. Import duties and taxes are included, so there’s nothing to pay at the door. Delivery is from €5, shown at checkout or in your quote.
Do I see the design before production?
Yes. You get a free digital mockup with size, colours and backing. We only produce after your approval.
Can my company pay by purchase order?
Yes. Send us your purchase order and we start production on your written confirmation.
