Production & Shipping Times:

Each patch is custom-made to order, so please note that shipping time is in addition to production time.

• Production time: Typically 7 days, depending on design complexity and order quantity.
• Standard shipping: Estimated delivery within 7 days after production.
• Express shipping: Available for urgent orders within Europe, with delivery in 2-3 days after production.

Shipping times may vary due to factors such as customs clearance, carrier delays, high demand periods, or unforeseen circumstances. Shipping Tracking: All orders come with a tracking number, which will be provided once your package is shipped.

As all our patches are custom-made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Each patch is created based on your unique design, making it non-resellable.

As part of our process, we provide a design preview for your approval before production begins. Please review the design carefully, as once it is approved and production starts, no further modifications can be made.

If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect or a mistake on our part, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with clear photos of the issue. We will assess the problem and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement or another resolution.
